Well, my computer has revive again after the break down so...
LOADS of stuff to update! (Haven't been updating for seven lessons now)
April 13th
Actual day of performance?
I should be taking down the things which happened in class,
( Short term memory kicks in. Urgh.)
Our group went to practice at Jarin's house and did a "full dress rehersal"
Four days before the performance,it was quite last minute,
but we were really hoping that it'd be a success.
Before the performance,
Miss Malynah gave us a brief review of what we should and should not do.
Jie Qi was the camera man and was to give us the Que for the shot.
All the groups were given about 20 minutes to "make over"
My group was supposed to have make up on, then, great change of mind
(The costumes itself was already hot enough,)
(Performing in the class may cause us to look like a real witch.0o)
I was wearing mine "evil witch red queen" dress from primary four,
it fits but it's really hot and stuffy.
Jarin wore her Gothic cosplay in which me and her participated in the cosplay event last year.
Johanna wore the black dress which was "hidden" in her closet and there was not much use .
So she snip away the edges and it totally looked like a witch.
On the "stage"
I entered first, performing as the second witch,
followed by Johanna the head and Jarin the "silent one"
Our act was then ended with the "splashing" of "fairy dust"
In which we HAD to clean up after=.=
We went to change back into our uniforms right after,
so we didn't see most of the other actors
But in the end, Miss Malynah was really disappointed
and we had to do a rerun the following lesson,
Our props was really flashy, but our voices can't reach the camera.
Was quit disappointed.
April 16th
The Rerun for the performance.
On that day, Some of our classmates did not know that it was the day of the rerun.
So they forgotten about it and their performance was set on another date.
This time our performance went "More voice, lesser props"
And we didn't have to mess the class this time round.
We still wore our Mac Beth Costumes and brought the pot. (for effect)
And I'm like, the opening entrance to our act with my eerie High pitched Laugh,
I guess it felt normal during the performance, and yea, we've forgotten our exits...
But what's done is done, if I could I'd film our own version of macbeth Act1 scene 1,
Just hope and pray for good grades now.
